SIMK43 Map notes

c_n_max is the ignition cut rev limiter

c_n_max_max is the fuel cut rev limiter

c_n_max_hys is the rpm hysteresis for the ignition cut

c_n_max_hys_max is the rpm hysteresis for the fuel cut

id_tps_fl__n is the minimum TPS angle before full load aka open loop WOT detection begins and fuel enrichment begins

ip_ti_fl__n__amp is the fuel add factor for fuel enrichment while in full load open loop

ip_iga_bas__n_32__maf_hb is the basic ignition advance angle

ip_iga_ref__n_32__maf_hb is the reference ignition advance angle

ip_iga_dif_min_bas is unknown, but has something to do with blending of ignition angle from CVVT high vs low states
